A layered respiratory-comfort herbal blend with cooling mint, floral and earthy botanicals. Crafted as a soothing cup for
moments when you want to slow down and breathe with intention.

Herbal, minty, softly floral, earthy and gently sweet, with a fresh aromatic finish.
INGREDIENTS
Centered Peace base blend (marshmallow root, slippery elm, fennel seed, chamomile flower, licorice root, lemon balm,
spearmint, calendula, ginger, green tea and black tea), plus mullein leaf, fenugreek seed, hyssop, peppermint leaf, ginger
root, linden flower, hawthorn berry, rose hips, horsetail, comfrey leaf, licorice root, calendula flowers, lemon balm, lemon
pieces, papaya pieces and dandelion.
CAFFEINE LEVEL
Contains caffeine - expected low/trace to low depending on the proportion of green and black tea in the base.
STEEPING
1 tbsp per 8-10 oz water; 205-212°F; steep 8-10 minutes; strain very well.
