Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all customers, Key of Life Tea Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on consumable goods, including but not limited to:

• Herbal products

• Edible products
• Opened or used wellness items
As food and wellness consumables cannot be safely restocked or resold once shipped, all sales are considered final.

Shipping Policy

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
