created for a centered pause in the day.

Smooth, calming, lightly sweet, softly minty, with fennel, chamomile and gentle ginger notes.
INGREDIENTS
Marshmallow root, slippery elm, fennel seed, chamomile flower, licorice root, lemon balm, spearmint, calendula, ginger,
green tea and black tea.
CAFFEINE LEVEL
Trace/low caffeine because the blend contains green tea and black tea.
STEEPING
1 tbsp per 8-10 oz water; 205-212°F; steep 8-10 minutes.
