Nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, oatstraw, fennel seed, fenugreek seed, milk thistle seed, alfalfa leaf, lemon balm, orange
peel and caraway seed.

STEEPING
1-2 tbsp per 8 oz water; 212°F; steep about 10 minutes. Because this is intended for breastfeeding use, serving
frequency should be finalized with appropriate professional/regulatory review rather than guaranteed as a universal dose.
